Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Success Coordinator I to support online students in achieving academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding student service through various communication channels and conduct Academic Success Meetings to create learning plans
- Monitor student engagement and retention, intervening as necessary to assist students in remaining enrolled
- Collaborate with multiple departments and ensure accurate data entry in the Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in higher education student advising, mentoring, or teaching
- Experience advising online students over the phone is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with new technology systems
- Demonstrated track record of supporting students in higher education programs
