A company is looking for a Student Success Coordinator - Re-Entry Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to re-enroll and advise students who have previously dropped from the University
- Collaborate with the Financial Aid and Academic departments to identify and address obstacles to re-enrollment
- Follow standardized university guidelines and procedures for student re-entry
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience, including telephone appointment setting and follow-up preferred
- Experience in post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge of online distance education models and success strategies
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
