A company is looking for a Student Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students to facilitate their academic progression through meaningful interactions
- Manage inbound and outbound student calls while completing assigned work items
- Create action plans to resolve student concerns and support their long-term success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed prior to applying
- Must reside in one of the specified states (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY)
- Experience with CRMs and Microsoft applications
- General knowledge of the higher education industry and various fields of study
- Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate student needs
