Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supply Product Support Analyst to join their Supply team.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve supplier-related rate, inventory, and content issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on root cause analyses
- Support onboarding and optimization of API connections through end-to-end testing and improvement of integration quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve pricing discrepancies and enhance supplier operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, product operations, QA, or DevOps
- Experience working with APIs, including SOAP, XML, JSON, and GraphQL
- Ability to create metrics dashboards or reports for performance tracking
- Experience in writing internal documentation
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
