Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to assist in monitoring, analyzing, and resolving data platform and infrastructure-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and management regarding production events and escalate issues as needed
- Act as a liaison between data operations, development, and management to troubleshoot application-related issues
- Document Production Support processes and improve the knowledge base for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
- 0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node environments
- Knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools
- 0-1 year of experience with SQL, Oracle, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Project management experience preferred
