Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Tier 3 (Webflow Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
- Define processes and workflows for cloud-related issues in collaboration with support leadership
- Act as a technical liaison among Engineering, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams for enterprise clients
- Provide post-sale consultation and guidance to enterprise customers to enhance product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles
- Hands-on experience with support tools like Zendesk
- Strong web application development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- Proven track record of managing complex technical relationships with enterprise customers
