Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Tier 3 (Webflow Cloud).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define processes and workflows for cloud-related issues in collaboration with support leadership
  • Act as a technical liaison among Engineering, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams for enterprise clients
  • Provide post-sale consultation and guidance to enterprise customers to enhance product adoption


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles
  • Hands-on experience with support tools like Zendesk
  • Strong web application development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical relationships with enterprise customers
