Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Operations Analyst to assist the Customer Success organization with metrics reporting, staffing forecasting, and call center tool management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate department tools and operations for efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with IT and leadership on system support and tool enhancements
- Create and maintain records, databases, and reports related to personnel and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data management, metrics, and forecasting
- Familiarity with tools such as Work Force Manager, Talkdesk, and Looker
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of Python or similar coding language is a plus
