A company is looking for a Platinum Support Specialist I who will act as a Subject Matter Expert and client relationship manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of clients by delivering customized experiences and managing the entire support relationship
- Identify and resolve process, training, or product gaps while coordinating with internal teams
- Document technical information and manage real-time solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of support or account management experience in the multi-family software industry
- Proficiency in at least three RealPage products
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment or a related bachelor's degree
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management systems
- Mastery of Microsoft Office products
