Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist, Tuesday-Saturday, Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming help tickets, escalated support calls, and live chats related to Tessitura software and products
  • Provide professional customer service to Tessitura Network Members, partners, and staff in a timely manner
  • Facilitate training sessions and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Tessitura software and products
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills and initiative
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in analytical and troubleshooting skills
