Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming help tickets, escalated support calls, and live chats related to Tessitura software and products
- Provide professional customer service to Tessitura Network Members, partners, and staff in a timely manner
- Facilitate training sessions and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base

- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and initiative
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams
