A company is looking for a Surplus Lines Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Surplus Lines Agency Bill invoicing, including creation, follow-up, and payment tracking
- Provide administrative support by managing the Surplus Lines email box and researching agent codes
- Deliver customer service support by responding to agent and customer requests using critical thinking
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 Year College associate degree or equivalent job experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
