Job Summary

A company is looking for a Swag Design Specialist (Remote, Global, EST timezone only).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the design platform, tools, and swag production process
• Act as a creative partner to customers, transforming ideas into visual collections that meet brand standards
• Lead and manage the swag design process from intake through delivery, ensuring quality control and brand alignment

Required Qualifications

• Strong design background with 2+ years in graphic, product, or fashion design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with print-on-demand platforms is a major bonus
• Customer-facing experience or comfort in communicating design concepts clearly
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
