Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to support Jira and Confluence in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Jira and Confluence, addressing user-reported issues and configurations
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver learning content for customer self-sufficiency
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Jira and Confluence systems, ensuring reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 4+ years in IT support and customer engagement
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems
