Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer (Tools).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot tools, planning and implementing releases, patches, and upgrades
• Create, update, close, and resolve change/incident tickets while maintaining documentation
• Follow ITSM processes to complete installations and validations of various tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
• Experience in scripting (e.g., .bat or .sh)
• Experience with automation tools and job management
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain required security clearance
