Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Research, resolve, and respond to internal and client issues in a timely manner
• Provide internal IT support for sales and operations staff, including basic troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of network support experience
• 5-7 years of previous infrastructure support experience
• 5-7 years of O365 support experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Technology (preferred)
• Established track record in IT technologies (Linux/Windows Servers, Active Directory)
