Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to support the Federal Aviation Administration in advancing the National Airspace System.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and analysis of future NAS concepts and air traffic automation capabilities
• Participate in defining, developing, and validating system requirements and design specifications
• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the system lifecycle, including requirements traceability and system verification

Required Qualifications

• BS degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience
• Experience with air traffic management modernization efforts, including recognition through published works
• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA
