Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the recruitment lifecycle in a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews, managing logistics and acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate interview details in the Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) and collect feedback from interviewers
- Support additional talent acquisition initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred
- Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to improve processes
