Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments
- Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment
- Knowledge of talent markets in APAC, EMEA, Americas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
