Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and talent sourcing tools
• English and Russian language proficiency is a must
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal guidance
• Adaptable to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
