Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience using sourcing techniques, such as recruiting on social platforms and job boards
- Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and influence candidates
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and databases
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
