Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing top talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging talent through various online and offline channels
• Building talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Coordinating the TA team by organizing interviews and maintaining a smooth candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sourcing for Sales, Marketing, and Operations professionals in the SaaS, Software, and/or Tech industry
• Proven experience in direct talent acquisition using various sourcing strategies
• Experience with sourcing tools and market mapping, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
• BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• High motivation to efficiently find top talent and deliver against hiring targets
