Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging talent through various online and offline channels
- Building talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Coordinating the TA team by organizing interviews and maintaining a smooth candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing for Sales, Marketing, and Operations professionals in the SaaS, Software, and/or Tech industry
- Proven experience in direct talent acquisition using various sourcing strategies
- Experience with sourcing tools and market mapping, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
- BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- High motivation to efficiently find top talent and deliver against hiring targets
