Task Manager (SERE Level C)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Task Manager (Naval Special Warfare SERE).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of contract task orders, ensuring compliance and quality control
• Coordinate business relations and manage subcontractor performance and issues
• Document performance deficiencies and develop corrective action plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contract or Task Manager for a similar scope
• At least 3 years' experience as a SERE Level C instructor or equivalent
• Strong understanding of IDIQ contract structures and federal acquisition regulations
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous task orders or programs
