Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Analyst to assist the Tax and Compliance team in ensuring compliance with transaction tax liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file transaction tax returns and remittances for various tax types
- Assist in the maintenance of the tax calendar and coordinate responses to tax notices
- Support state and local audits and implement departmental process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related Business field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in tax transactions preferred
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Understanding of compliance processes and account reconciliation concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and digital tools
