Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Data Management Specialist responsible for maintaining tax profile data for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding systems and tax inquiries
- Manage cases for assigned customer teams to ensure timely responses and data maintenance
- Review and analyze payroll tax data to correct inaccuracies and maintain quality metrics
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Payroll outsourcing experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP HR/Payroll systems preferred
