Tax Data Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Data Management Specialist responsible for maintaining tax profile data for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding systems and tax inquiries
• Manage cases for assigned customer teams to ensure timely responses and data maintenance
• Review and analyze payroll tax data to correct inaccuracies and maintain quality metrics

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Payroll outsourcing experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP HR/Payroll systems preferred
