Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead/Senior Specialist - Generative AI and LLM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of GenAI engineers and researchers while scaling production AI systems
• Architect and develop sophisticated generative AI systems and optimize existing tech stacks
• Drive technical collaboration for seamless AI integration and enhance performance tracking frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in generative AI systems and large language models with proven production experience
• Hands-on experience with programming in Python and familiarity with modern web frameworks
• Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with AI product development lifecycle and technical go-to-market strategies
