A company is looking for a Tech Communications & Change Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, define user personas, and create journey maps
- Collaborate in the development of training materials and marketing collateral for IT initiatives
- Assist in the development of change management plans and wireframes for applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an art or design-related field preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Change Design
- Expert knowledge of visual design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Online portfolio demonstrating problem-solving abilities in design projects
