Tech Communications Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Communications & Change Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, define user personas, and create journey maps
• Collaborate in the development of training materials and marketing collateral for IT initiatives
• Assist in the development of change management plans and wireframes for applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an art or design-related field preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Change Design
• Expert knowledge of visual design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Online portfolio demonstrating problem-solving abilities in design projects
