Tech Lead (SQL, Oracle)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead (SQL, Oracle, InRule).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and conduct impact assessments
• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards
• Author business rules in InRule and develop PL/SQL backend procedures, functions, and packages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, or Information Technology
• Strong SQL development experience with 8+ years in database structures (Oracle/MS SQL)
• 8-10 years of experience in PL/SQL and InRule or BRMS coding
• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and familiarity with DevOps tools
• 3-5 years of experience as a Tech Lead managing a team of at least 5 members
