Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Tech Support Analyst who will provide technical support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care
  • Document incidents and manage a ticket backlog of 20-30 cases
  • Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday starting between 5am-9:30am PST
