A company is looking for an Associate Tech Support Analyst who will provide technical support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care
- Document incidents and manage a ticket backlog of 20-30 cases
- Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience using SQL
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday starting between 5am-9:30am PST
