Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will ensure customer success in deploying and integrating their security platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through deployment, configuration, and best practices for network security
- Serve as a technical point of contact for advanced support issues related to network or security challenges
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls
- Hands-on experience with firewalls and/or proxies
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environments
