Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Majors & Enterprise (Southeast).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
- Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices; CSP level certifications preferred
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations
- Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
