Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document data integration and business process requirements
- Profile source data, identify data quality anomalies, and document transformation rules
- Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings and translate business needs into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, data analysis, and process design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in higher education and familiarity with Ellucian Banner SIS
- Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and requirement documentation
- Strong SQL, data profiling, and data analysis skills
