A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative I (Entry-Level).

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of VoIP Phone systems, internet gateways, and HD video
  • Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
