Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager - Level 2 API Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Level 2 support team for continuous operation of critical API services
- Oversee incident and problem management, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented
- Develop and manage support schedules and resource allocation to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical support or operations management role, with at least 3 years in API support
- Proficiency in ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management
- Experience in developing and managing support schedules
- Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API management platforms
