Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to support the formatting, editing, and control of engineering and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Format, edit, and review technical documents for consistency with internal standards and quality guidelines
- Enter and maintain document data in records management systems and shared repositories
- Support departmental process improvements related to document development and control
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical editing for engineering or technical documents
- Familiarity with document control systems and electronic records management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Associate's degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 regulations
