Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Education Manager to oversee training programs for clinical and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees Dialysis Technical training programs for staff, including material design and ongoing training
• Collaborates with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and supports quality patient care initiatives
• Tracks and reports data on education programs and recommends updates to technical policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher
• National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire
• Minimum of five years of experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician
• 2-3 years of experience as a technical services trainer or educator preferred
• Successful completion of the FMC Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
