Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Education Manager to direct training programs for clinical and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees the design and implementation of Dialysis Technical training for staff
  • Collaborates with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement
  • Tracks and reports on educational program data and recommends updates to policies and procedures


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associates Degree or higher required
  • National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician
  • Preferred background as a technical services trainer or educator for 2-3 years
  • Successful completion of the Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
