A company is looking for a Technical Education Manager to direct training programs for clinical and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the design and implementation of Dialysis Technical training for staff
- Collaborates with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement
- Tracks and reports on educational program data and recommends updates to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
- Associates Degree or higher required
- National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician
- Preferred background as a technical services trainer or educator for 2-3 years
- Successful completion of the Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
