Technical Lead Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Backend Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend microservices using various technologies
• Implement event-driven architectures for real-time system communication
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Java and experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services
• Experience or interest in prompt engineering and AI agents with Large Language Models is a plus
