Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage task intake from OEM clients, including triaging requests and defining budgets
• Work with cross-functional teams to create project plans and timelines for larger tasks
• Maintain oversight of routine maintenance and support tasks, ensuring quality delivery against SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, tech management, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in program, product, or project management
• Experience managing executive-level accounts with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical tasks in various software applications and systems
• Familiarity with product lifecycle development and Agile methodologies
