Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Project Lead to oversee the development and support of a mission-critical emergency management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to support the federal client's emergency management system and coordinate technical support during emergency operations
- Develop project goals, maintain timeframes and budgets, and create project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and utilize project management tools to track performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 12 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification, or 10 years with a Master's degree and PMP certification
- Must possess IAT-I or higher certification or one of the following: A+CE, Network+ CE, CND, or CCNA + Security
- Experience with M365, Dynamics 365, and legacy app modernization projects is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage project resources and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in using project management tools and practical experience with Scrum methodologies in Agile environments
