Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple small teams
- Create and manage delivery schedules, oversee initiatives from inception to completion, and implement process improvements
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders, and participate in program-level communication and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in leading Java-based software development projects
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and customer needs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to lead Agile projects through the full software development lifecycle
- Experience in government contracting services and managing various stakeholders
