A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive operational excellence in the customer onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and continuously improve onboarding project plans and status trackers
- Coordinate across internal teams to keep onboarding milestones on track
- Design and refine systems and documentation to support scalable onboarding
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role in a customer-facing capacity
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required
- Experience in Martech or adtech is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Collaborative team player who works well across functions
