Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master (TPM) to lead agile delivery across a secure enterprise system.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sprint planning, team coordination, and agile ceremonies for Salesforce delivery efforts
• Act as the main interface between stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to manage delivery milestones
• Coordinate the design and integration of offline capabilities within secure cloud workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in cloud-based solutions for federal agencies
• Experience leading agile teams for DHS components such as TSA, CBP, USCIS, or ICE
• Strong delivery experience across Salesforce, data platforms, and low-code solutions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Certifications: PMP or PMI-ACP, Salesforce Associate, and Scrum Master certification
