A company is looking for a Technical Rater - Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Rates and quotes new business on new accounts according to established guidelines
- Interprets and analyzes data and independently makes decisions on quoting policies
- Communicates regularly with internal business customers and manages daily workload
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
