Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer II to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system demonstrations and assist customers with pre-go-live system reviews
- Develop and maintain expertise in configuring software solutions and ensure consistent follow-through on project tasks
- Collaborate with diverse teams and mentor junior team members while addressing and mitigating recurring issues in implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree/certification with equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in integrating third-party software, including working with APIs and web services
- Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and working knowledge of MS SQL Server or PostgresSQL
