Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Services Representative to provide technical support and assistance in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for inbound requests and assist with equipment installation and maintenance
- Resolve support and research requests within 24 hours and monitor support requests using Microsoft Dynamics
- Maintain department resources and document support activities while escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- 1 year of Help Desk Experience
- Experience in the Low-Voltage, Security & Surveillance Industry is preferred
- Basic networking and hardware experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
