Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex data challenges by investigating issues from source to SQL transformations
- Engage and empower customers through Helpdesk communication and video calls
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to escalate bugs and improve solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in technical support or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, filtering, aggregates); familiarity with window functions or ClickHouse/Postgres is a plus
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for clear and empathetic solutions
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English for clear communication with global clients
