Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1, L1.5 & L2 technical support for Core Banking functions, merchant, and Biller management
- Undergo knowledge transfer and shadow support for the first three months, transitioning to primary support by the fourth month
- Handle issues outside of regular working hours to ensure continuity of critical support
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level position with 3 to 7 years of experience preferred
- Domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, and Billing systems
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL is preferred
- Flexibility to work on a contractual or permanent basis
- No specific educational qualifications required
