Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as an advisor to customers, handling complex and escalated cases while ensuring effective communication regarding issue status and resolution
  • Implements end-to-end readiness programs and mentors other team members to enhance technical support capabilities
  • Engages with engineering teams to investigate product bugs and contributes to process improvements and automation techniques
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview is beneficial
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications are preferred
