Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as an advisor to customers, handling complex and escalated cases while ensuring effective communication regarding issue status and resolution
- Implements end-to-end readiness programs and mentors other team members to enhance technical support capabilities
- Engages with engineering teams to investigate product bugs and contributes to process improvements and automation techniques
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
- OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Purview is beneficial
- Microsoft Technology Certifications are preferred
