Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by responding to support tickets and troubleshooting live issues
- Learn platform operations and explain technical concepts to customers
- Take initiative to improve support processes and collaborate with engineering teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Resident in Northern Ireland
- Right to work in the UK
- Must meet the Level 5 Entry Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Technical certification(s) such as CompTIA, AWS, or Microsoft is a plus
