Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer responsible for post go-live tier 3 support and client training.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates designs and architecture decisions to senior consultants and supports execution efforts
- Directs work efforts of project team in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Conducts user training and creates process documentation for clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software design and implementation using various programming languages
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, XML, and/or SQL
- Hands-on experience in technical delivery and systems analysis
- Previous experience implementing Insurance Software (Policy, Billing, and/or Claims) is preferred
