A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative French - PART-TIME.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests for IT technical services in a call center environment
- Screen and handle calls, typing and entering information into a database while assisting customers
- Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve information system problems, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in French
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in technical support or education in IT
- Experience with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking
- A+, Net+, or Help Desk Tech Certification is a plus, but not required
